Services

Kreava Digital Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to website development, photography, visual content creation, and related digital solutions. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Payment Terms

Project Timelines

We strive to complete projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by client unavailability or late provision of materials may extend project timelines.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope after commencement will be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain all rights to content, materials, and information you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use project work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services with professional care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreava Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment obligations for work completed, will be as specified in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared with us during the course of providing services. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
