Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling projects or services with Kreava Digital Solutions. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to handle cancellations fairly for both parties.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
Before Work Commences
If you cancel a project before any work has started, you may receive a full refund minus:
- Administrative fees (up to 10% of project value)
- Any third-party costs already incurred
- Setup or consultation fees
After Work Has Started
If you cancel after work has commenced:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable
- Third-party costs and non-recoverable expenses will be charged
- Partial deliverables may be provided at our discretion
Project-Specific Cancellation Terms
Website Development
- Cancellation before design phase: 85-90% refund
- Cancellation during design phase: 50-70% refund
- Cancellation during development phase: 30-50% refund
- Cancellation after delivery: No refund
Photography Services
- Cancellation 7+ days before shoot: Full refund minus 10% booking fee
- Cancellation 3-6 days before shoot: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before shoot: No refund
- Cancellation after shoot: No refund
Subscription Services
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice
- No refund for current billing cycle
- Access continues until end of paid period
Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
- Client fails to provide necessary materials or information
- Client is unresponsive for more than 14 days
- Payment terms are violated
- Project requirements fall outside our service scope
- Client behavior is abusive or unprofessional
In such cases, you will be charged for work completed, and any unused advance payment will be refunded.
How to Cancel
To cancel a project:
- Send a written cancellation request to hello@kreavadigital.com
- Include your project details and cancellation reason
- We will respond within 2-3 business days with cancellation terms
- A final invoice will be issued for any outstanding charges
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days
Pausing Projects
If you need to pause rather than cancel a project, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate a temporary pause of up to 30 days, subject to resource availability and project type. Extended pauses may result in revised pricing or timelines.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), cancellation terms may be adjusted. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
