Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Service Delivery

Kreava Digital Solutions primarily provides digital services, which means there is no physical shipping involved. All deliverables are provided electronically through digital channels.

Delivery Methods

We deliver our services and final products through the following methods:

• Email: Project files, documents, and reports sent directly to your email
• Cloud Storage: Large files delivered via secure cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• Website Deployment: Live websites hosted on your chosen platform
• FTP/SFTP: Direct upload to your server for website projects
• Project Management Tools: Deliverables shared through collaborative platforms

Delivery Timelines

Website Development

• Simple landing pages: 3-5 business days
• Business websites: 7-14 business days
• E-commerce platforms: 14-21 business days
• Custom web applications: Timeline discussed per project

Photography Services

• Photo shoot booking: Scheduled within 3-7 days
• Edited photos delivery: 3-5 business days after shoot
• Rush delivery: Available for 50% additional fee (24-48 hours)

Visual Content

• Graphics and designs: 2-4 business days
• Social media content packages: 5-7 business days
• Brand identity kits: 7-10 business days

Project Milestones

Large projects are delivered in milestones:

• Initial Concepts: Delivered within first 30% of timeline
• Draft/Preview: Delivered at 50-60% completion
• Revision Phase: Client feedback and modifications
• Final Delivery: Complete files and assets upon approval

File Handover Process

Upon project completion and full payment:

1. We provide all final files in agreed formats
2. Source files included (when specified in agreement)
3. Documentation and usage guidelines provided
4. Access credentials for websites/platforms shared securely
5. Basic training or walkthrough provided (for applicable services)

Delays and Extensions

Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

• Client delays in providing materials or feedback
• Scope changes or additional requirements
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Holidays and weekends (not counted in business days)
• Force majeure events

We will communicate any delays promptly and provide revised timelines.

File Storage and Backup

We maintain backups of project files for 60 days after final delivery. After this period, you are responsible for storing your own copies. We recommend downloading and backing up all deliverables immediately upon receipt.

Redelivery

If you lose access to delivered files within 60 days of delivery, we can provide them again at no charge. Redelivery requests after 60 days may incur a small administrative fee.

Physical Materials (Exception)

In rare cases where physical materials are involved (e.g., printed portfolios, USB drives with files), shipping costs will be discussed separately and charged to the client. Standard courier services will be used, and tracking information will be provided.
