Digital Services Nature

Due to the nature of digital services and the custom work involved, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced and deliverables have been provided, refunds may not be available for the completed portions.

Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline without valid reason
  • Pre-Project Cancellation: If you cancel before any work has commenced, minus any setup or administrative fees
  • Significant Service Failure: If the delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed website development after client approval
  • Photography sessions after the shoot has taken place
  • Custom design work that has been delivered and approved
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock images, etc.)
  • Services where significant work has already been completed
  • Change of mind after project commencement

Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is terminated midway, partial refunds may be issued after deducting the value of work completed, time spent, and any non-recoverable costs. The calculation will be based on the project milestones achieved and resources utilized.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your project details and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any supporting documentation or communication
  4. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by senior management. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot always offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
