Refund Policy

Kreava Digital Solutions provides digital services including website development, branding, SEO, marketing, automation, design, and consulting solutions. Due to the nature of digital work and resource allocation, refund eligibility is subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Services

3. Advance Payments
Advance payments or booking amounts made before project initiation are non-refundable once project planning, research, design, development, or resource allocation has begun.
Kreava Digital Solutions reserves time, infrastructure, designers, developers, and marketing resources immediately after project confirmation.
4. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Project cancellation before major work or delivery begins
- Duplicate or accidental payment transactions
- Technical inability to deliver agreed core services
Any approved refund amount will be determined after deducting:
- Completed work value
- Resource allocation costs
- Software or infrastructure expenses
- Administrative and processing charges
5. Marketing & Performance Disclaimer
Kreava Digital Solutions does not guarantee:
- Sales performance
- Lead generation numbers
- Search engine rankings
- Website traffic growth
- Advertising conversion rates
- Revenue outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction related to business performance, sales volume, advertising outcomes, SEO rankings, or traffic fluctuations, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
6. Subscription & Recurring Services
Monthly or recurring services including maintenance, hosting, SEO retainers, social media management, or marketing retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
7. Client Delays & Non-Cooperation
Refund requests arising from delayed client communication, missing materials, approval delays, or lack of cooperation will not qualify for refunds.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Kreava Digital Solutions directly to resolve payment concerns before initiating chargebacks or formal disputes with payment providers.
Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in service suspension, legal recovery action, or account restrictions.
9. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, banking system, and transaction method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days.
10. Policy Updates
Kreava Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
